Permitted use

You may view and share links to publicly available pages for personal, informational and non-commercial purposes.

You must not, except with prior written permission or where applicable law expressly permits it:

• download, copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, display, transmit, sell, license or commercially exploit Website content;
• remove or alter a credit, copyright notice, watermark or rights notice;
• use an image, portrait, production still, poster, video, audio clip, biography, press extract or other Website content in advertising, merchandise, publicity, impersonation or any misleading context;
• scrape, harvest or systematically extract Website content, or include it in a dataset, facial-recognition system, generative-AI training set or other machine-learning system; or
• interfere with the Website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use the Website for an unlawful, defamatory, abusive or fraudulent purpose.

General-purpose search engines may crawl and index publicly available pages in accordance with the Website’s technical instructions, including its robots.txt file.

Copyright, photographs and other media

The Website’s original text, selection, arrangement, design and other original material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Photographs, portraits, production stills, posters, press images, video, audio, logos and other media displayed on the Website may be owned by photographers, producers, theatre companies, publishers, venues, agencies, collaborators or other third parties. Their appearance on the Website does not transfer ownership to me or grant any licence to a visitor.

All rights in such material remain with their respective rights holders. Unless a credit or notice states otherwise, you should assume that permission is required from the relevant rights holder before downloading, reproducing, adapting, publishing, distributing or otherwise using the material.

A credit identifies a source or rights holder where known; it does not itself amount to permission for reuse. If you are a rights holder and believe material has been credited incorrectly or used without appropriate authority, please contact me using the contact method in section 12. I will review a properly identified request promptly.

Name, image and identity

Nothing on the Website gives permission to use my name, professional identity, likeness, image, voice, signature, biography or other indicia of identity to suggest endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation or approval.

Personal views and attribution

Unless a statement is clearly attributed to another person or organization, commentary, reflections and artistic opinions expressed in my own words are my personal views at the time of publication.

They do not necessarily represent the views of any employer, agent, producer, director, presenter, venue, funder, sponsor, client, cast member, creative collaborator or organization with which I have worked or may work.

Quoted material, press coverage and third-party statements remain attributable to their identified authors or publishers. Production credits, dates and biographical records are intended as factual archive information rather than statements of opinion.

Accuracy and changes

The Website is maintained in good faith, but artistic credits, schedules, ticket information, availability, links and other details may change. I do not promise that all content will always be complete, current, accurate or available.

Please confirm time-sensitive information with the relevant producer, presenter, venue or official ticketing provider before acting on it. I may correct, update, move or remove Website content at any time.

No professional advice

Website content is provided for general, biographical, archival, cultural and promotional purposes. It is not legal, financial, medical, employment, investment or other professional advice and should not be relied on as such.

Third-party websites and services

The Website may link to or embed content from Instagram, YouTube, ticketing providers, publishers, arts organizations and other third parties. Those services are controlled by their respective operators and are subject to their own terms and policies.

A link, embed, credit or reference does not by itself mean that I endorse all content, products, services or opinions provided by that third party. I am not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy or practices of an external service.

Website availability and security

The Website is provided on an as available basis. I do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, freedom from errors or complete security. You are responsible for using suitable security precautions when accessing websites and external links.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Website or an external website linked from it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Any exclusion or limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent that it is lawful and reasonable in the circumstances.

Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Website, my work or applicable requirements. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when the Terms change. Updated Terms apply from the time they are posted on the Website.

Governing law

These Terms and any dispute relating to the Website are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Subject to any mandatory rights that apply, the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction.

If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.

No person other than you and me has a right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) to enforce these Terms.
